And We Rise invites you to something brand new…A Systemic Change Initiative that focuses on “Raising the Bar” for our children… 

The reason for this collaboration letter is for review and confirmation of your organization’s commitment to participate in the And We Rise (AWR) initiative and follow the instructional programs, that support the new destination based environments for our youth and within your church or mosque’s youth programs.

The Significance of this Collaboration:

1. And We Rise is a Virtualization initiative for Churches, Mosques and youth organizations, based on the global interest in electronic gaming and more specifically the interactive Fighting Game Community (“FGC”). This technology interest evolves our youth from personal curiosity in gaming, to the potential for life changing new careers, doing what you love!

2. Inspired by the desire to protect and motivate young lives, the business strategy of the And We Rise initiative was birthed. Most of the founders and board members share a   common life experience pathway of “humble beginnings” to notable careers as adults.  

3. Another shared experience is a general recognition “that often one’s personal interests when focused, become the momentum that generates life’s possibilities” … an obvious desired outcome for our youth and for their futures. 

4. The achievements of the leadership team and the board members mirror this message of desired outcomes, as we begin this And We Rise systemic change initiative.

5. And We Rise came to life with the project support of three socially responsible endeavors, created years earlier by several of the board members to this initiative (Info available upon request). Utilizing historical aspects of those endeavors, a novel “destination based environment” approach for the young gamers was designed. 

6. Developed within the approach, is a novel transition process of a “learning gateway”, interactively supporting Educational and Vocational training and career direction. Each activity is at no cost to the churches or to the youth participants across the cities and towns in the territorial United States.

7. A true scaled social change initiative has been birthed, utilizing highly relevant, “cyber behavioral techniques and delivery mediums” in association with the creation of a hybrid focused marketplace, benefitting from the following:

   1. A truly interesting motivational gaming atmosphere that keeps our youth connected to their mosques & churches, verses pursuit of off-site activities.

   2. A tool and methodology for valuable life lessons.

   3. A new integrated form of delivery of Educational & Vocational training in contrast to financially starved public school program access…

   4. Infrastructure and university interaction as “cyber tech mediums virtualize the delivery   of gaming & progressive programming, removing many social divide obstacles while also providing a roadmap and support to interesting careers…

   5. Included in the initiative, And We Rise separately is in development of an exploratory Endowment Gifting Program. This potential program may initiate approximately 18 months after the actual volume of participants has reached a predetermined threshold. This aspect of the initiative is affectionately code named the newest form of  “BINGO” revenue for the churches, mosques and youth organizations.

   6. Of greatest focus to the church and mosque families becomes the faith walk of our children, their opportunity for a wonderful career, and doing what they love!

A Walk through the CHURCH/MOSQUE EXPERIENCE: 

1. Hear It, See It, Want It!  Regional churches/mosques are invited to a Cyber Gaming Studio grand opening or post opening event.

2. Go To The Website!   Church leadership is next directed to the website to gain comfort with the AWR leadership, their goals and expectations by signing the collaboration agreement. Once electronically signed, the new church member has password access to all the website features. 

3. Church/Mosque Cyber Gaming Room Refinements!  AWR board member, Marletta Seats, narrates her personal experience in building her church’s “Cyber Gaming” Studio…from room selection and design features, to equipping & operating the retrofitted environment. Once the collaboration agreement has been signed, a website access code will reveal more of the how to complete instructions.  

4. Grand Opening Event!  Every church is to record their Grand Opening, including invited guest 30 second commentaries, and then email the recorded event and commentaries back to AWR’s update section of the website.

5. Begin Curriculum Programs!  AWR’s curriculum includes topics such as personal gaming techniques, the art of streaming, diverse social topics, and a platform for the educational/vocational transition phasing, synchronized in cooperation with the university collaboration.

6. Your commitment! To this collaboration is that your organization will follow each of the collaboration steps regarding the creation of and operation of the cyber gaming studio and that you will email a description about your mosque or church from your website. Finally, at the time of your facility’s grand opening, you commit to take photos and a group of 30 second videos from your phones and email them to AWR. Most importantly, if you wish to be part of the educational/vocational program, as well as AWR’s ongoing “financial gifting program,” you only need to honor the program development steps that have been stated.
